We developed an application to manage sensor data using IoT and a distributed, modular system.

Smart agriculture
In irrigation control, aspects such as how many nutrients are supplied in the water used to be well measured, but it was very difficult to get an exact reference of how much the plant receives.
PRISMAB offers sensors to measure exactly the nutrients present in the soil surrounding the root and other parameters such as temperature or humidity. Thus, you can optimize irrigation and nutrient input.
An update in the way these data are cross-referenced and correctly presented was necessary to use them more effectively.

Node.js
Development with Node.js and intensive use of Big Data to store data in two types of databases:
NoSQL database: stores large amounts of data obtained from sensors in RAW unprocessed format (a data lake).
SQL relational database: allows working with that obtained data
Frontend
Angular and Ionic
Important visual component to facilitate navigation between the data.
It offers different types of views to access depending on the user’s profile.
Graphs, visualizations of the evolution of variables, the connection between different data, etc.
In order for those responsible to extract the maximum value from the data collected by the sensors and act accordingly, a system was needed to process them using IoT and an application from which to visualize and manage them.

The solution
The solution involves valuing the data collected.
To do this, we have developed a distributed system, with which the data is sent and updated very continuously on the application server.
The user interface of the mobile application allows it to be consulted and modified more exhaustively quickly.
We achieve scalability and flexibility thanks to the modular architecture: we encapsulate each part of the project to make the data acquisition layer independent from the data presentation layer.
