The Methodology
A consulting team held several meetings to learn in detail about the workflows behind the company’s operations. We contributed ideas to make these processes more efficient.
Our designers illustrated these ideas through prototypes that showed how technology improved results.
The Solution
Through interaction with company personnel, we created new user experiences that enabled the digital transformation of operations.
As the applications were approved, a team of frontend programmers addressed the development and integration with the backend.
